Static Mixer
The Static Mixer is a high-efficiency mixing machine with no moving parts. It guides the slurry flow through its internal special structure, achieving forced shearing, dispersion, and mixing of materials. The equipment features a compact structure and convenient installation, requires no power drive, and is suitable for various high-viscosity and particle-containing slurries. Combining mixing efficiency with stability, it is a core piece of equipment for improving material uniformity in slurry processing workflows.
With the fixed flow-guiding/ flow-disturbing structure inside the tank, the slurry is divided, recombined, and rotated as it flows through. The kinetic energy of the fluid itself enables efficient, no-dead-angle mixing, with stable mixing results and no additional power consumption.
