Pigging Ball System
The Pigging Ball System is a highly efficient device for handling residual materials in pipelines. Powered by compressed air, nitrogen, or water, it drives a cleaning pig through the pipeline, enabling simultaneous recovery of residual materials and pipeline cleaning. With a compact structure and flexible installation, the system adapts to various pipeline specifications. It offers high material recovery rates and cleaning efficiency, serving as core auxiliary equipment to reduce material loss and ensure production continuity.

Powered by gas or liquid, the system drives the pigging ball to move along the inner wall of the pipeline. Through the tight fit between the pig and the pipeline, it scrapes off residual materials and pushes them to the ball receiving end, while simultaneously cleaning the inner wall of the pipeline. The process achieves no dead corners and causes no damage to the pipeline.
