Vacuum Feeder
The vacuum feeder extracts air with a vacuum pump and creates a vacuum environment in the suction nozzle and the entire system. Powder or granular material is drawn into the nozzle along with external air, forming material airflow that travels through the suction pipe to the hopper, where gas and material are separated. The separated materials then enter into the receiving equipment. Material feeding and discharge are accomplished through the continuous opening and closing of a pneumatic three-way valve, which is controlled by a central control system.
