Loss-in-weight Feeder
The silo containing materials is placed on a load cell. As materials are continuously conveyed, the total weight of the silo and materials gradually decreases. The load cell monitors the weight change in real time and transmits the signal to the controller. Based on the preset feeding amount and the actual weight change, the controller adjusts the operating speed of the feeding mechanism to maintain the material discharge flow at the set value, thereby achieving precise quantitative feeding.
