The equipment consists of a hopper, oscillation chamber, coupling and motor. Inside the oscillation chamber are an eccentric wheel, rubber flexible connectors, main shaft and bearings. The adjustable eccentric counterweight, driven by the motor, transmits force to the main shaft’s centerline, generating centrifugal force under an unbalanced state. This alters the material’s intensity, creating an orbital vortex motion within the screen. The amplitude of the counterweight regulator can be adjusted based on different materials and screen meshes. The entire machine features a compact structure, small footprint, dust-free operation, low noise, high-quality output, low energy consumption and easy mobility for maintenance.
