Working Principles

The storage silo is a closed container, where the top inlet receives materials (powders, granules, etc.) from upstream processes. During storage, wall vibrators or anti‑bridging devices are used to prevent caking and arching. The bottom outlet is equipped with a gate or conveyor to control the discharge rate as needed, ensuring a steady flow of material to downstream equipment and thus achieving buffer storage and continuous supply.
