Working Principles
The small bag unpacking machine is used for the unpacking and feeding of small bag materials (such as powders, granules). Operators place the bag onto the material inlet; after unpacking, the material falls into the equipment. It then undergoes screening or crushing to remove impurities and agglomerates, and is subsequently conveyed to the next process via a screw conveyor or pneumatic conveying device. Simultaneously, a negative pressure dust collection system captures airborne dust to prevent dispersion, achieving dust‑free feeding operations.
