Working Principles

Confirm normal pressure in the tank (otherwise release pressure manually) → Open vent valve → Open feed valve → End material feeding (time/level/weight) → Close feed valve & vent valve. When the tank pressure reaches the conveying set point (e.g., 0.1 MPa), the discharge valve opens. Simultaneously, the air replenishment valve of the bottom horn-shaped elbow opens, initiating material conveying. If the pressure exceeds the limit, the intake valve closes immediately. Conveying and fluidization resume after pressure reduction.
