The enterprise is a well-known domestic lithium battery manufacturer, with its products primarily used in energy storage fields such as electronic devices, drones, and aircraft models. Under stringent bidding conditions and through multiple rounds of selection, our company was ultimately chosen to undertake the design and implementation of the front-end automatic slurry mixing system for this project. Under the premise of ensuring stable slurry mixing processes and guaranteeing the consistency of battery slurry, this system adopts automated production equipment. It precisely feeds powder materials into high-viscosity mixers and, under preset conditions of speed, time, temperature, and vacuum, utilizes PLC automatic control to achieve automated production processes including mixing, kneading, wetting, and dispersion.
Currently, the system operates stably, with the slurry quality fully meeting battery production requirements. Our company's products and services have also received high recognition from the customer, and we have become a Tier-1 designated supplier for the enterprise.
