The client, located in the Economic Development Zone of Changshan City, Hunan Province, is a technology innovation enterprise specializing in R&D, production, and sales of special civil engineering materials. The company currently offers over 20 reinforcement materials, covering three major categories, including modified epoxy adhesives, high-performance cement-based materials and high-performance composite mortars. These products are widely applied in fields such as civil aviation airports, building construction, highway bridges, railway tunnels, port terminals, hydropower projects and overseas engineering projects. The company serves customers across more than 30 provinces/municipalities in China, with annual sales reaching approximately 10,000 metric tons. Our company was responsible for the installation and commissioning of plant-wide automated material conveying & filling systems, involving dust-free material feeding, pneumatic conveying, precise metering and batching as well as automated packaging.
